Please send us an email at info@alliancetraders.ca and include the total quantity of garments required to be printed along with the number of colors in each print.
We prefer to use vector-based art files (i.e. EPS, AI, PDF).
Yes, we offer Pantone colour matching at no additional charge.

You may supply your own blank garments, or we would be happy to source them for you.
Our maximum standard screen size is 14 inches wide by 16 inches tall. If larger print dimensions are needed, please email us at info@alliancetraders.ca with your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We prefer e-transfer; however, we also accept credit card payments, which are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not accept returns if garments have been printed in accordance with the approved digital proofs.
