What is it?
Direct-to-film printing involves printing designs onto a special film, then transferring them onto fabric using a heat press. It's ideal for full-color designs with fine details and photographic elements.
Why direct-to-film?
Direct-to-film printing is ideal for quick-turnaround orders and complex full-color artwork. Unlike traditional screen printing, which requires setting up separate screens for each color, DTF prints your designs directly onto a special transfer film, allowing multi-color and gradient artwork to be produced quickly and efficiently.

The process
Our direct-to-film prints are carefully prepared to meet the demands of fast orders without compromising on quality.

Order placement
Submit your customer's order details, including quantity, garment type, imprint location and size, number of colours, and art file, and we’ll provide a quote.

Mockup approval
We create a digital mockup of the design on the garment so you can see how the final print will look. Once you approve it, production starts.

Film printing
Your approved design is printed in full color onto a special DTF transfer film using high-quality DTF inks.

Powder application
A heat-activated adhesive powder is evenly applied to the printed film, which will later bond the design to the fabric.

Curing the film
The film passes through a curing oven to melt and set the adhesive powder, preparing it for transfer.

Heat transfer
The design is transferred from the film to the garment using a heat press, ensuring vibrant, durable results.

Quality check
Every garment is inspected for print quality, placement, and consistency before finishing.

Finishing & packing
We handle wholesale-ready finishing: folding, tagging, polybagging, or custom labeling—everything resellers need for smooth distribution.

Shipping / pickup
Orders can be shipped directly to your warehouse, store, or fulfillment center, ready for resale or direct delivery to your customers.
